dc.description.abstractA narrative of the Zoo’s hundred and ten year history has been produced, with a special focus on the evolution of the Park’s buildings, roads, landscape features, and general character. After absorbing this report it is hoped that not only will the reader understand how the Zoo achieved the physical appearance it has today, but also understand the various ideas that previous Zoo designers adopted.en
