Mullump1.zip contains the multiple stem datasets from the 1990 BCI census, with all quadrats lumped together.  The file mulnew1.90 has all the new tags, those above 400,000, while the file mulold1.90 has all old tags, those below 400,000.  There are 2227 records in the new parts, 26824 in the old, sorted by q20x20.  Each record includes diameters for every stem, and thus there are a variable number of entries per record:

1) tag
2) q20x20
3) number of stems
4) diameter of each stem

Diameters of secondary stems do not appear in the main 1990 dataset, thus these files contain original data which must be kept.
