Oldpart1.zip has the final data for the 1990 census, with all parts merged together.  The 3 sections here include all tags from 1 to 316000 (plus one aberrent tag over 500000), sorted by tag:

1) oldfinal.1 -- tag 1-70999, 51869 records
2) oldfinal.2 -- tag 71000-143999, 60679 records
3) oldfinal.3 -- tag 144000-214999, 56566 records
4) oldfinal.4 -- tag 215000-269999, 46256 records
5) oldfinal.5 -- tag 270000 and above, 30017 records


The divisions exactly match the divisions of the original q20trees file into 5 pieces.

Each record includes 7 entries: tag, q20x20, diameter (mm), codes, number of stems, basal area (sq. m.), and date (days since 1 Jan 1981).
